Rosette leaves 5–12, ovate to elliptic or obovate, 1–3.5 cm long, 8–12 mm wide, shortly petiolate to nearly sessile, crowded, margins entire. Flowers 3–10, widely spaced, 8–11 mm long, green with darker lines, shiny; galea curved throughout, suddenly decurved near the apex; dorsal sepal acute; lateral sepals deflexed, conjoined part broadly ovate in outline when flattened, 4.5–5.5 mm long, 6–7 mm wide, margins incurved, concave, free points broadly triangular, c. 3 mm long, parallel; petals asymmetrical, ovate, broadest towards the middle. Labellum green with a blackish green basal appendage; lamina rectangular, c. 2.5 mm long, c. 2 mm wide; appendage c. 1.5 mm long, c. 1 mm wide, 3-ridged, central ridge short, blunt, pointing forward. Flowers Sep.–Nov.
VVP, WaP, Gold, NIS, EGU, HNF. Also Qld, NSW, ACT. Scattered mainly in north-eastern Victoria in woodland, grassy woodland and grassland on well-drained soils.
