Pterostylis foliata
Hook.f. Slender GreenhoodFlowering plant 12–30 cm tall, stem smooth. Rosette leaves 3–6, oblong to ovate to elliptic, 3–8 cm long, 1–1.6 cm wide, scattered on the basal part of the stem, sessile, margins crisped or wavy. Flower 1.7–2 cm long, dark green and white with brown in the galea, erect; galea apex obliquely erect, flat or slightly decurved; dorsal sepal longer than petals, acute; lateral sepals erect, tightly embracing the galea, sinus broadly to deeply v-shaped when viewed from the front, protruding in a shallow curve when viewed from the side, free points linear-tapered, 15–18 mm long, erect, divergent; petals narrow, subacute. Labellum oblong, 12–15 mm long, 2–3 mm wide, brown, obtuse, distal third protruding from the sinus in the set position. Flowers Sep.–Dec.
