Grevillea parviflora R.Br. is endemic to New South Wales. Victorian plants previously assigned to G. parviflora are now referrable to G. alpivaga Gand., G. neurophylla Gand., G. patulifolia Gand., G. gariwerdensis Makinson, and G. micrantha Meisn.
