Terrestrial glabrous herb, arising from rounded tubers. Leaf solitary, basal, sheathing. Flowers with column uppermost, on flowering stem with sheathing bracts; sepals acute or obtuse, dorsal one erect or incurved and concave; petals erect, linear-clavate, longer than sepals. Labellum indistinctly 3-lobed. Column winged, base eglandular.
