*CVU, *EGL, *EGU, *GipP, *Glep, *Gold, *HNF, *HSF, *MuF, *MuM, *NIS, *NIS, *OtP, *OtR, *Strz, *VRiv, *VVP. Naturalised all States except NT. Native to South America. An aggressive weed in wastelands, cultivated land, and sites with moist and rich soil, especially near watercourses.
