Lomandra micrantha subsp. micrantha
Leaves usually gently twisted longitudinally, hemispherical, plano-convex or transverely narrow-elliptic (in cross-section), or flat, or subterete, (0.4–)0.8–2(–2.5) mm wide; basal sheath with margin torn but some remaining intact. Non-flowering axis of inflorescence exposed for 0.5–2.4 cm; axes smooth or minutely scrabid with fine 'blisters'. Male inflorescence 7–25 cm long. Female inflorescence 3–12 cm long. Flowers Apr.–Jun.
LoM, MuM, Wim, GleP, Brid, VVP, VRiv, GipP, OtP, WaP, Gold, CVU, GGr, DunT, HSF, HNF. Also WA, SA. Occurs in sandy loam soils in heathlands and on basalt-derived soils in grasslands.
