This cultivated variety is usually less than 70 cm high, with thick, leathery, strongly cuspidate leaves to 6 cm long and wide.
VVP, GipP, Strz, VAlp. Also naturalised NSW, Tas.
It is known to occur within the Falls Creek Ski Village, but has not yet been recorded in the surrounding Alpine National Park.
