Stems robust, up to 80 cm long, (1–)2–5(–10) mm diam., hollow. Leaflets (10–)15–30 mm long. Flowers in dense heads, 10–15 mm diam.; corolla 6–8 mm long. Flowers Sep.–Feb.
GleP, VVP, MuF. Currently known only from Keilor and near Casterton where growing as a roadside weed.
