Leaves elliptic to oblong or obovate, 28–65(–70) mm long, 15–31 mm wide; base attenuate, rarely obtuse; margins subentire or crenate in the distal half (young plants rarely serrate along length of leaf margins); petiole 4.5–9.5 mm long. Flowers Oct.–Nov.
EGL, EGU, HFE. Also recorded from Mt Imlay, NSW. Rare, occurs in montane forest east of the Snowy River (Mt Bowen, Errinundra plateau, Mt. Kaye), often in depressions and gullies.
