Shrub to c. 1 m high. Leaves oblong-elliptic to obovate, 11–19 mm long, 4–7 mm wide, flat to slightly concave above, midrib distinct on lower surface, apex rounded to obtuse. Inflorescences 1(–3)-flowered; peduncles 0–2 mm long. Flowers Aug. (1 record).
